Pivio CRM Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Pivio CRM (the “Service”), operated by East Tea IK (“Pivio”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Pivio CRM platform, website, applications, and related services.

By creating an account, starting a free trial, purchasing a subscription, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Service Provider

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

If you create an account on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. User Account

You are responsible for:

• providing accurate registration information;
• maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
• all activities performed through your account.

You must immediately notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

5. Free Trial

Pivio may offer a 14-day free trial. At the end of the trial period, continued use of the Service requires an active subscription. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial at any time.

6. Subscription Plans

Pivio offers subscription plans with different features and limitations. Current plans and pricing are published on our website. We may update subscription plans and pricing from time to time. Price changes do not affect an active subscription until the next billing cycle.

7. Billing and Payments

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Payments are securely processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to your selected billing period. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.

8. Subscription Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not provide refunds for the current billing period unless required by applicable law.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for unlawful purposes;
• attempt unauthorized access to the Service;
• interfere with system security;
• upload malicious software;
• abuse or disrupt the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in prohibited activities.

10. Customer Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload into Pivio. By using the Service, you grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, back up, and secure your data solely for providing the Service.

11. Availability

We strive to maintain continuous availability of the Service. Scheduled maintenance, security updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may temporarily affect availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

12. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect customer data, including:

• encrypted connections;
• secure authentication;
• regular backups;
• infrastructure hosted within the European Union.

13. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, logos, website content, documentation, and other intellectual property related to Pivio remain the exclusive property of East Tea IK unless otherwise stated. No ownership rights are transferred to users.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pivio shall not be liable for:

• indirect or consequential damages;
• loss of profits;
• business interruption;
• loss of data resulting from user actions or third-party services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by the customer during the preceding twelve (12) months.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• violate these Terms;
• engage in fraudulent or unlawful activities;
• create security risks for the Service or other users.

Users may terminate their accounts at any time.

16. Changes to the Service

We may modify, improve, or discontinue features of the Service at any time.

17. Changes to these Terms

Where material changes are made to these Terms, we will notify users in advance by email or through the Service and publish the updated version on our website together with its effective date. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts of Latvia unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
